Supervision and Confidentiality
Every effort is made to respect confidential information.The NZCCP Code of Ethics requires members to be in regular supervision and states the limits of confidentiality.This means that I will not write, discuss or make contact with a third party - e.g. doctor, family member or partner, without your consent.Any draft letter will be discussed with you. Consent forms regarding supervision, notes and contact with other health professionals are kept with your records.
